Every run cleared by hand and every downspout flushed, with a note of anything that needs a repair. The item that shows up most on inspection reports and tenant complaints.

How a multi-property job runs
You send the address list by email, text or the quote form. We reply with one quote, a line per address. The work is scheduled as a run across the properties, with the date confirmed per address, and we can supply tenant notice wording if you want to post it. Each address is done and checked, and you get a photo per address with the invoice. One invoice, per-address lines, your PO or job numbers on it.
Documents and compliance
Jet Set is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance naming your company as additional insured is available on request. Ask for the documents your compliance desk needs when you request the quote and they come with it. Work at height is done from ladders and poles with the walkways staged so residents and the public are kept clear. Multi-address runs are priced per address with no separate minimum. Single small jobs are quoted on their own.
