Commercial lighting in a Winnipeg winter
Commercial installs in Winnipeg run on the same clock as residential ones: rooflines before the shingles and membranes get brittle, trees before the ground freezes in mid-November. The difference is scheduling. Retail on Corydon, Academy or Osborne wants the lights up before the November shopping weekends and the ladders gone before doors open. Restaurants want patios lit for December bookings. Condo boards usually approve lighting at a fall meeting, so we quote early in October to give boards time. Takedown is booked for January, after the season and before the spring thaw.

Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning, after closing and quiet weekdays are all normal for storefront and restaurant installs.
What height can you reach?
Single and two-storey buildings are standard. Taller rooflines are quoted after a site look, and we tell you up front if a building needs a lift or is beyond our reach.
Who owns the lights afterwards?
If Jet Set supplies the strings, they are yours after the install. We can store them between seasons so they are ready the next year.
