Raked from the ground where the roof allows, shovelled from the roof where it does not, leaving a thin layer so the shingles are never scraped.
Ice dams cleared
The ice ridge at the eaves is broken up and removed, and the eavestrough and downspouts opened so the melt can get away from the house.

How much snow is too much on a roof?

Will clearing the roof damage the shingles?

Clearing it stops the leak now. Keeping it from coming back means attic insulation and air sealing, which is a different trade. We will tell you if that is what your house needs.
