Can you remove hard water stains from my windows?
Yes, in most cases. Mineral spotting from sprinklers is treated as an add-on and quoted after we see the glass. Etched glass cannot be restored, and we will say so.
Do you do post-construction window cleaning?
Yes. Stickers, paint, silicone and drywall dust are removed with the right tools so the glass is not scratched. Quoted after a look.
How do you reach second and third floor windows?
From the ground, with water-fed poles that scrub and rinse with purified water, up to five storeys. No ladders against the house, and the glass dries spot-free.
Is it too cold to wash windows once winter starts?
Not until deep winter. Exterior windows can be cleaned in temperatures down to about -15 C, so October, November and the milder days of December are all workable, and a fall booking is not too late once the first cold snap hits. Below about -15 C the water freezes on the glass before it can be squeegeed, so exterior cleaning pauses until a mild spell. Interior cleaning runs all winter.
