Included with Jet Set: every run cleared by hand, every downspout flushed until it runs clear, roof valleys and debris behind chimneys swept, all debris bagged and removed, and a note of anything we spot, like a loose hanger or a soft spot in the fascia. Small repairs can be added on the spot. Not included: full system replacement, fascia or soffit work, and roofing, which we refer out.
Doing it yourself versus hiring
A bungalow with good ground and a sturdy ladder is a reasonable Saturday job for a confident homeowner: gloves, a scoop, a bucket, a hose for the downspouts, and someone footing the ladder.
